Every wedding dress is priced individually from AED 400. The starting price covers a dress reviewed by hand before cleaning, free pickup from your home in Dubai and free delivery back. There is no minimum order, so a single dress can be booked on its own.

The final price is confirmed after the team sees photos of the dress, before anything is collected. Payment is on delivery by cash, card, online payment or bank transfer, so nothing is paid upfront.

Fabric: silk, satin, chiffon, organza and tulle each need different handling, and layered skirts multiply the amount of fabric. Construction: a long train, a full ball gown skirt, a corset or many layers take more work than a simple sheath dress.

Embellishment: beading, sequins, crystals, lace appliqué and embroidery are reviewed by hand before cleaning. Condition: hem soiling from outdoor venues, makeup on the neckline, food or drink marks and how long the marks have been there all affect the work involved.

Send full front and back photos of the dress, a photo of the care label, close-ups of the beading, lace or embroidery, and clear photos of any marks you want reviewed. Mention what caused the marks if you know, such as makeup, food, grass or a drink.

The team replies on WhatsApp with the price and the collection details. The dress is collected from your door and takes 3 to 4 days. There is no express service for wedding dresses.

Hang the dress or lay it flat in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight, and avoid plastic bags that trap moisture. Do not rub marks or try household stain removers on beading or lace, because rubbing can spread a mark and damage delicate fabric; blot gently with a clean white cloth instead.

Book the cleaning soon after the event if you can, because older marks can be harder to treat. Preservation is not offered, so plan where the dress will be stored after it comes back.
