WhatsApp UsSalon and spa laundry in Dubai
Towels, robes and capes for Dubai salons and spas.
Hair salons, nail bars, barbershops and spas across Dubai can hand over towels, robes, capes and treatment linen at reception and get them back cleaned, with the schedule set on WhatsApp.
Quick answer
Can Diamond Stars handle laundry for a salon or spa?
Yes. Diamond Stars collects salon towels, spa robes, cutting capes, massage sheets and staff uniforms across Dubai, with free pickup and delivery. A regular towel and linen volume is priced through a custom quote; published prices such as AED 8 for a large towel and AED 18 for a bathrobe give a reference. Collections can run into the evening, within opening hours that end at 11:30pm.
Hair, nails and treatments each fill a different bag.
Hair salons and barbershops go through towels and cutting capes fastest, and both carry colour, bleach and styling product. Nail bars send hand towels and small cloths. Spas and massage rooms send bathrobes, bed sheets for treatment couches, face towels and pillow covers, often with oil and lotion on them.
Across all three, staff tunics, blouses and trousers can join the same collection, and the waiting area adds removable cushion covers and sofa covers from time to time.

Hair dye and massage oil need a word before pickup.
Hair colour, bleach and henna can leave marks that do not wash out, and massage oils can build up in sheets and robes over time. Bag heavily marked towels separately and mention what caused the marks, so the team can look at them before cleaning.
We treat stains carefully, but cannot guarantee every stain will come out, and colour marks on towels are a common example. A separate, darker set of towels for colour work keeps the lighter towels for clients' faces and hands.
A quote on your weekly load, with published per-item prices.
The custom quote depends on the items, the weekly count, how often you want collections and the salon address. A photo of a typical bag, plus the number of chairs or treatment rooms, helps the team estimate the load quickly.
Published prices for the items salons and spas send most are listed below for reference. Capes are not on the price list, so they are priced in the quote. Payment is on delivery by cash, card, online payment or bank transfer.

Collections that fit long salon days.
Salons tend to open late and close late, so the evening slot suits many teams. Collections are arranged within opening hours: Saturday to Thursday 8:30am to 2pm and 4pm to 11:30pm, and Friday 2pm to 11:30pm. Agree the days on WhatsApp, for example right after the weekend rush.
Under the standard service, dry cleaning, wash and fold and ironing are returned the next day; the timing for a regular salon volume is confirmed on WhatsApp. There is no express service, so keep enough towels in rotation for the days between pickups.
Chairs, couches and on-site work are outside the service.
Diamond Stars does not offer fixed upholstery or sofa cleaning, so styling chairs, pedicure seats and upholstered treatment couches are not cleaned. Removable covers can be collected.
There is no on-site cleaning and no drop-off counter, since every item is collected, cleaned at the Diamond Stars facility and returned. Blind cleaning and mattress cleaning are not offered.
