Three groups of textiles, three different rhythms.
Staff clothing moves fastest. Scrubs, lab coats and reception uniforms are worn daily and usually go out at least weekly. Treatment-room textiles, such as couch sheets, pillow covers, small towels and patient gowns, follow the appointment book.
Front-of-house textiles move slowest. Waiting room and consultation room curtains, loose rugs and removable cushion covers on reception seating are cleaned a few times a year, usually planned around a quieter week. One quote can cover all three groups with different collection frequencies.

A regular clinic arrangement is priced through a custom quote based on the item types, the approximate weekly count, the collection frequency and the clinic address or addresses. Send these on WhatsApp and the quote is prepared in the same chat.
Published per-item prices for the textiles clinics send most are listed below. Curtains follow the curtain service: AED 80 to 120 per regular panel and AED 120 to 160 per blackout panel, with free take-down and rehanging and a minimum curtain order of AED 100.

Collections that work around patient hours.
A pickup before the first appointments, or in a quiet slot after lunch, leaves the reception team free to hand over bags. Collections are arranged within opening hours: Saturday to Thursday 8:30am to 2pm and 4pm to 11:30pm, and Friday 2pm to 11:30pm.
Under the standard service, dry cleaning, wash and fold and ironing are returned the next day, and curtains and carpets take 3 to 4 days. The timing for a regular clinic volume is confirmed on WhatsApp when the schedule is set, and there is no express service at the moment. A spare set of scrubs per staff member covers the gap between collections.
Blinds, couches and on-site work are outside the service.
Window blinds are common in clinics, but blind cleaning is not offered. Examination couches, upholstered waiting chairs and other fixed upholstery are not cleaned either; only removable fabric covers can be collected.
All cleaning happens at the Diamond Stars facility, so there is no on-site service, and curtain alterations are not offered. Mattress cleaning is also outside the service.
